Rocky loves to travel, read, and take walks with his fluffy dog (appropriately named), Moose. Rocky is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing throughout the Pacific Northwest and interior British Columbia.
Practicing exclusively in real estate and ancillary services. Rocky has acted as lead counsel on a number of high profile transactions and is sought after to tackle his clients toughest real estate related challenges. Real Estate law is multi-disciplinary and Rocky has significant experience in dispute mitigation, negotiation, lending, financial services, acquisition/disposition, ownership, construction, and enforcement.
Acting as counsel to developer/owners, contractors, private lenders, mortgage investment corporations, and borrowers, Rocky has extensive experience in secured and commercial lending, enforcement, private lending, construction disputes and real estate. Rocky’s clients include some of Canada’s largest lenders, mortgage investment corporations, contractors, developers, and private lenders with billions of assets under management.
